What does this test measure?

The test measures four things: download and upload speed (in Mbps), latency (a packet's round-trip time, in milliseconds), and jitter (how much that latency varies). We also measure latency under load — how much your connection's responsiveness degrades while it's saturated with traffic — because that's the "bufferbloat" signal most speed tests don't show.

Typical speeds in Spain

A typical residential fibre connection in Spain runs 300–1000 Mbps download; mobile 4G/5G usually sits between 30 and 300 Mbps depending on coverage and time of day. These numbers vary a lot by carrier, region, and your own home Wi-Fi.
