Cookie policy
internetspeedtest.es does not use cookies. No page, and no part of the test tool itself, sets any cookie of any kind (first-party or third-party).
Why no consent banner is needed
Since no cookie is ever set, the prior-consent requirement under Spain's AEPD Cookie Guide and the ePrivacy Directive simply doesn't apply. If a strictly necessary technical cookie ever became unavoidable in the future (for example, a Turnstile anti-abuse challenge), it would be documented here as an exempt technical cookie, without requiring a consent banner.
The one exception to "zero third parties"
We use the Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon
(static.cloudflareinsights.com) to measure traffic in
aggregate. This beacon sets no cookies, uses no client identifiers, and
does not permit fingerprinting — which is why it doesn't require consent
under cookie regulations, and it's the only request to an external domain
you'll see while using this site.
If this ever changes
Any future change introducing non-technical cookies (for example, analytics with identifiers, or advertising) would trigger a prior-consent mechanism, with a reject button given equal prominence to accept, before any such cookie is set.
