Acceptable use

The test is meant to measure your own internet connection, occasionally and reasonably. Automating bulk requests against the test's endpoints (/api/down, /api/up, /api/meta, /api/results) outside normal tool usage is not permitted, nor is attempting to bypass network-level rate limits.

Nature of the results

Test results are indicative and provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. They do not constitute a contractual measurement of the service provided by your internet carrier — in Spain, contractual speed disputes are resolved using the government-certified test. Factors like your Wi-Fi network, VPN use, or your own device's limits affect the result. See the methodology for detail.

Service integrity

We reserve the right to block, throttle, or deny access to any traffic we consider abusive, including automated requests outside normal usage or that overload the test's endpoints.

These terms may be updated; the version published on this page is always the version in force.
